Regardless of your selection Meet PAT will send a final graphic layout for you to review and approve prior to printing. Cost of custom design includes; professional graphic design service, development of design brief, along with up to 2 revisions of initial concept. Additional charges may apply for any work outside this scope.

When creating and supplying artwork to Meet PAT please use the following requirements when submitting.
PDFs
- Please supply PDF files to the PDF/X-3 standard.
- Resolution is 300 dpi.
- All fonts must be embedded in the PDF.
- These fonts must be active on your system at the time of creating the PDF.
Image specifications
- Image resolution is 300dpi.
- All colours must be set to CMYK.
- Do not enlarge images more than 25%
- Check all linked images are updated.
Document specifications
- Convert all FONTS TO OUTLINES
- Digital files must be prepared to the correct final size – check that type, trim and bleed areas are correct.
- Ensure all live elements you wish to print are kept within the type area.
- Bleed – provide 5mm of bleed where bleed is required. Check artwork file for specifications.
Colour specifications
- All colours to be set to CMYK – no RGB.
- Convert all spot colours to CMYK.
- Black text level type should be 100% black only.
- Fonts- Meet PAT supports Open type fonts & PC
- Postscript fonts only.
Applications supported
- InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Word docs, Text docs, PDF.
- We accept email files under 30mb.

How do we change the panels?
Refer the product instruction book, located in the downloads section of each product page on this website. Generally it takes around 5 minutes to swap the panels over.
Printing process
- Meet PAT prints all branding in house. Printing generally takes 1-5 days
- Our graphics panels are made from clear high impact, uv and scratch resistant polycarbonate (pc) film. The graphics are back printed to prevent scratching on the front face and can be recycled after use.
- Meet PAT prints with eco-sol max® inks. Fast drying time, higher density, wider colour gamut and has improved scratch resistance. The ink is virtually odourless, and does not require any special ventilation or environmental equipment. The inks are also greenguard certified.
- Meet Pat uses a calendared 70 micron pvc print film which is removable from the polycarbonate graphics panels after use.
